vitamin d 25hydroxyvitamin D as the level declined to 12.83 which isn't normal and low potassium level of around 3.0mmol/L

TSH test results were 3.94
X-Ray observations are as follows
Mild prominent bronchovascular markings noted at bilateral lung fields
Trachea is in midline
Cardiac silhouette maintained
Both cp angles are clear
Rest of lung parenchyma are normal
Bony cage and soft tissues are normal
The domestic of the diaphragm are normal in position and show smooth outline
Vitamin d 60k per week tablets were given to the patient for 2 months and running however due to persistent pain in the upper left area of chest a doctor gave dynapar qps spray which when sprayed reduced pain and it continued from dec to January 22nd the pain has started again like it used to be even while using all of it. her vit is 49 now
