Left side pain on touch

Question

Asked for Male, 19 Years

For the past two days I'm noticing that when touched or through any motion I have pain in left testicle.. when I touched to check I found something swollen inside above my testicle as if the veins aur bulky of the left side, can clearly feel them , for the right side I check everything was normal and not noticeable...is it something serious should I book an appointment ?
