Left Rib and Upper Back Pain

Asked for Male, 32 Years

In the last few days I am experiencing pain near my left upper back and ribs while sneezing. It's not a constant pain, however I can feel the pain when I touch that portion. I smoke regularly and also had very bad dust allergy a week back, in which kept sneezing constantly. Kindly advice, what could be the cause for this and the cure too please.

Get your dorsal spine checked where ribs attach. Looks there’s a dysfunction. Start doing breathing exercises.
