Left Ovarian cyst
My sister suffering from abdominal pain and bleeding like mensuration between normal days.
She is a mother of a child, her age 22 and weight 58 kg. She visited doctor and doctor said this is Left ovarian cyst size 59×55 mm Cyst.
Ultrasound Report:
Slightly bulky Uterus
Left ovarian cyst -? Follicular cyst
Minimal free fluid in POD? Physiological/PID.
Other organs are normal.
Thyroid test report:
T3 - 1.21 ng/ml
T4 - 7.59 ug/dl
TSH 1.76 uIU/ml.
And heamogram test all are normal in range ex.
Haemoglobin wbc rbc platelets lymphocytes etc are in normal range.
CA 125 test result also normal 19.5 U/ml.
What are the treatment and anything to worry please suggest.
