Left Knee pain & swelling

Asked for Male, 16 Years

Dr removed water from Knee but I feel little pain while bending of knee. ESR is 36. Doctor is expecting,there is chances of TB & advised to admit for 5-6 days for test from Knee tissue. It is really correct to admit for confirming TB.

I don't recommend my patients to get admitted for 5-6 days. If biopsy is to be taken it can be done in single day. Patient goes home the same day. Biopsy and culture report can take 3-4 weeks.
