I had a left knee pain. Basis doctors advice, I have done an MRI, attached MRI report. Could you please provide opinion on treatment?

You have lateral meniscus tear. It requires operative treatment (arthroscopic repair) as it doesn't heal well on its own as it has relatively low blood supply.
