Left arm pain

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Good evening. I have left elbow pain and sometimes upper arm pain. The pain radiates to shoulders and left upper jaw right below neck. The pain increases with gas. My ECG, TMT and 2D echo all are normal. Worried. Is it cardiac or something else. TMT and ECG attached.
