Lactating mother having nipple pain

Asked for Female, 29 Years

My baby is now 2 months old. From one month onward my left breast and nipple is sore and having a burning sensation. The left nipple became sore and felt burning and aching pain mostly if touched to any clothes. A white spot seen on the nipple before and after giving warm compression, milk came out from that spot and the spot went away. Today again the same white spot arises but don't go away. I feel severe pain. I did usg but nothing was found. Using nipcare, but not recovering. How can I get rid of this? What will be the solution.
