Any history of trauma to knee? Take calcium and vit D tablets as per doctors order. apply Local analgesic gel.

Since only while sitting on ground u r having pain rest of the times no pain ..it means there is nothing much serious ..it’s mild degenerative .i would say muscle strengthening excercise and analgesia gel and calcium and vit d supplements is sufficient .
