Knee pain,rhemotoid arthritis

Asked for Male, 49 Years

I have been having knee pain since two years,the MRI reports suggest me to have knee transplantation but i don't wana do it.Is there any other solution to get rid of the pain without undergoing operation?

If your reports suggest this , then you must be having grade 3 or 4 osteoarthritis.. In that case if you really want to avoid operation , you need to go for physiotherapy treatment... Visit a physiotherapy clinic take regular treatment... Your pain will be reduced... Your muscles will strengthen..
