I have been having knee pain on both legs for past 1 week. i have been weighing 125 kg and started workout 3 weeks ago and followed strict diet. after 10 days i have lost around 6 kg of weight, but my knee started paining severely. i can feel pain slightly below the knee if i tough touch the spot the pain was severe.
