Immense pain in my rright knee which is stretching to calf and also foot. So bad that i cant stand for 2 min. Constant pain while sitting also. Feel like crying

Was there any injury or jerk in right knee or leg.. Is there any swelling also.. This type of pain may be associated with acute muscle spasm most commonly and sometimes associated with some neurological or vascular issue... Is there any swelling also..

Next Steps

I will suggest you to start with hot fomentation, analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet, apply analgesic ointment locally, take rest for now.. If the problem persists, plan to get some investigations like USG Doppler of the limb to rule out any vascular issue..
