This area of my right leg knee is paining from 5 days ..from 4 days I have taken zerodol P but pain is not going completely ... I have hurt myself due to morning walk ... I am obesed ... And I want to get back to walking ... What should I do know ?..

Since you r obese, u r prone for knee ligament /meniscus injury. From your details, it looks like u r having medial meniscus tear. To confirm and for further management , u r most welcome to consult me here.
Right now u should avoid squatting and sitting crosslegged. You r morbidly obese you needs to decrease your weight. As every kg of weight put 6 times force on knees leading to decreased thickness of your knee cartilage ( greasing material in joints) leading to pain.
