The history is incomplete. Pain in the knee post trauma is suggestive of injuries within the knee such as ligament or meniscal tears. Pain which started due to sitting cross legged for prolonged durations or sitting cross legged for long could be due an under the patella issues. So, history is important. Clinical physical examination would definitely help. Uric acid elevation may or may not be the cause of pain.
