Knee pain and popping sound
I have some pain in right knee and left knee. Right one got worse as i climbed down stairs today and moving that area is hurting. I guess some ligament or muscle issue. Left knee has lesser pain. Poppind aound while i walk which is not painful. A particula point on the right portion of riggt knee n central interior hurts intermittently
