First of all visit to your near by physiotherapy centre and get your knee examination done. Do calf muscle and hamstring (back of thigh) muscle streching exercises. Also do some quadriceps(front thigh) muscle strengthening exercises. For this place a pillow below your knee in lying position and press the pillow and hold it for 10 sec and then relax. Repeat it 10 times thrice a day.
