My mother has knee joint pain in one of her legs. She went through an x-ray and the doctor said that her gum in the knee has been corroded i.e damaged. And the doctor said she is in the first stage and asked her to follow some exercises. For the past few days, she was busy and couldn't exercise. Now she has pain again in the knee joint. Could someone please help with the suggestion..thanks in advance!
