It's been since long I'm suffering from knee or joint pain in my left leg. I tried all the exercises and belts prescribed by few doctors however none has given any best solution..what's the best possible way to minimise or overcome it.. The pain is so severe I can't sit ony knees even for 1 second and pains a lot
