Dear Doctors,
My Mom (50+yrs) is suffering from Knee Pain.
She already used lots Oil and Medicine but Not getting any relief.
So,Kindly Suggest Some Medicine/Oil Which Used for relief and if Need to any Treatment then also suggest.

Avoid sitting Cross legged.
Avoid Squatting-
Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

Hi, get an standing x rays of knee. She most probably got arthritis in knee. Do quadriceps exercise. Nutritional supplements like felvestin total is very helpful. Other options are injection , braces, pain killers and surgery
