  4. Knee cap problem. Of problem is this?

Dear Sir/ Madam, I am a 25 yrs guy. My left knee is paining like anything. It feels like someone hitting my knee. At that time i even can not change position for that leg. It lasts for 5-10 mins then automatically pain gone. I am thinking may b during sleep, one position of leg creates this problem but i never have this problem from childhood. What kind of problem is this? Please help me out Thanks and regards, Jyoti ranjan choudhury.
