Knee and leg pain
I have been a pain in my knee for 2 years. The pain rises during excessive walk or up and down movement on stairs. Sometimes there is also swelling of leg.

avoid walking for long distances for sometime and avoid using stair case. if at all you jave to use only staircase then climb up with knee that doesnt hurt or hurts less and climb down with knee that hurts more
