Focus on your sitting habits. This is due to prolonged sitting with knees flexed and/or sitting cross legged or under the chair for your professional and personal requirements. Pcod has nothing to do with the same.
Next Steps
improve sitting habits by implementing laptop ergonomics, footwear changes and appropriate exercises
Health Tips
do skyline view of both knees. we can do a teleconsultation if you want.

Your knee and calf pain could be due to pcod or just nutritional/vitamin D deficiency. What you need is a complete blood work up with hormonal levels checked to see any abnormalities and also a good gynaecology consultation. If those are in normal range then you need to focus on physical exercise therapy to overcome obesity
