Blood reports seem within normal limits. For chest pain though you also need cardiac profile done that would include ecg, echo etc. but since you say tiredness is also there it could be a sign of anxiety too. Do you have any symptom like low mood, not enjoying the activities you earlier used to enjoy, and sleep or appetite changes. Or is there any stress currently ongoing. Due to mild dyslipidemia. Thatswhy your chestpain goes and comes.its also due to gastritis. So main thing is you need to change your dietary habits and lifestyle modifications. Now you dont need any medication, but due to sedentary lifestyles its causes more problem.
