Hi, Your TSH has improved nicely from 8 to 5.44 on the low dose Thyronorm, and lipids are trending better with lifestyle changes. Continue the same dose and healthy habits. Repeat thyroid tests in 8 weeks to see if we need any adjustment. Feel free to consult for further guidance.

Based on your height and weight ,BMI: ~27.3 kg/m² (overweight) TSH-8 (elevated) suggestive of Subclinical hypothyroidism LDL raised but with treatment (Thyronorm/fibator) excellent improvement in lipid profile. The marked drop in triglycerides and rise in HDL suggest that: Fibator is working.Thyronorm need 6weeks after which you can see with TFT Lifestyle changes are helping. Correction of thyroid dysfunction may also be contributing.
Next Steps
Repeat TSH and FT4 after 6–8 weeks, also check FBS,HBA1C ,weight record, calorie intake
