I feel exhausted looking for a dr who won't judge me, I weigh 118 kg am 42 years old pcos since I was 14 years old.. life has been unkind to me, lost both parents and other massive stress so I'm unable to do anything for me, I have lumbar spondylosis since 14 years now radiating pain in knee, feet shoulder.. I was having spotting for which gynecologist gave tranexa .. now routine tests reveal 7.3 vit d , 6 hbac1 and 232 vit b12 levels I hav been put on glycomet 500mg twice a day.. inj for vit d n weekly meds, everyday b vit capsules... I was told to barely eat anything and suffer the consequences of being fat basically.. I take telvas 20 MG... please any kind Dr's here who won't judge me... I will consult and please guide .. much grateful 🙏

There are many medications currently being approved for obesity ( eg GLP 1 agonists) - semaglutide, liraglutide. It's okay to combine these with life style modifications( exercise and dietary restrictions). Rest diabetes medications metformin can be stopped as you are prediabetic and can wait a few more months before starting medications for the same.

See for u weight reduction is very imp in a steady way by lifestyle changing n exercises Anything symptomatic will help u short term .. But will not be ultimate cure .. So better continue same medications n focus on lifestyle changes
