KETO SAFE FOR TEENS?
Hi, I'm a teenage girl about to be fifteen. I'm about 49-52kgs(keeps varying) I would really want to get fit. The fat in my body isn't equally distributed. My upper body is thin whereas I have a thick lower body, especially my thighs. My big concern. So, since keto diet is so efficient, I'd want to try my hand at it. Is it safe for a 15 y/o teen? Also, my goal is to just to reach to a fit body shape. Any alternative diet you want me to try?

Hi, No. I would not suggest keto to you. Instead, include all food groups in your diet and have controlled portions of food. Have at least 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Avoid eating junk and processed food and sweets. Drink plenty of water. Do exercise regularly. You can do exercises that are focussed on the lower portions of the body. You can contact me for a detailed diet plan Regards
