Hows many days have passed since her pregnancy. There are multiple reasons for joint pain.. As she is post partum, there is a high chance of hypocalcemia and vit d deficiency which may be causing the pain.
Next Steps
She may start with hot fomentation,  calcium and vitamin d supplements... she may take paracetamol tablet as per pain.. twice daily .
Health Tips
If the pain persists even after medicines, she may undertake some investigations like CBC, ESR, CRP etc..
