Jaundice -4 days old baby
My newborn baby 4 days old is suffering from jaundice & hence couldnt get discharged.I am of B(-) bloodgroup n baby is B(+).
Firstly level was 13 on 3rd day which increased to 14.41 on 4th day despite keeping the baby under phototherapy for continuous 24 hrs.
Now the dr had suggested to stop breastfeeding n go for formula milk.
Pls suggest if some better remedy is available .
How much maximum time will it take for my baby to be completly fine.

It is due to group B incompatability. S bilirubin 14mg. Photo therapy done without much benefits. We used to do exchange transfussion. You can leave your child in sun. It works It will take a month.
