Its for my wife. Skin rashes

Asked for Male, 57 Years

My wife is suffering from skin allergy as in pic with itching. It goes in few minutes and subsides for 2 days with tab ocaset or Allegra. We tried all medicines and doctors. Her ige levels are 1150. After her histerectomy said levels are increased (2 years ). JUST ADVICE ME TO REDUCE THE IGE LEVELS PLEASE. No out side Bangalore doctors and personal visit will be based on doctors profile. With regards
