Itching/ Allegery on neck

Asked for Female, 58 Years

Hello ,Doc my mother facing skin problem...as on her neck she is facing itching,dryness, and burness as many cool ointment and home remedies had been done but nothing is been resolved ,nothing chemical or other thing had been applied nothing chem ical or oil had fallen...two days in night she was sleeping and in morning she is facing this problem ..please assist.
