Dark skin under the neck
I don't know the doctor i got the dark black colour on the neck and the face looks dull I recently started going swimming because of water or climate change and I go for regular clean up at beauty parlour i am diabetic so I started using metformin 500 mg can you please suggest me on this I do have this problem near my private parts too
