Folliculitis behind neck
Hello doc, I am having painful and itching acne behind neck and head area. It is painful puss which burst while itching It seems scalp folliculitis I have tried washing with scalp plus shampoo and Benzoyl peroxide soap also applied clyndamycin gel but not got results Request to guide with antibiotics for the same Thanks

This looks like scalp folliculitis. Since clindamycin, benzoyl peroxide and shampoo have not helped, I would not suggest starting antibiotics without evaluation. Repeated painful pus-filled lesions usually need proper assessment before treatment selection. Please avoid scratching and consult a dermatologist for targeted management.
