Asked for Female, 26 Years

Hi My doctor has prescribed isotretinoin 20 mg tablet for my severe acne .. it's been 4 days I have started still I cant find any improvement.. Am married doc has said not to plan for pregnancy but one all fine treatment is over approx 6-9 months can I plan for it ? Hope it will not effect my pregnancy and baby in future Pls clarify I have fear on this both questions...
