Back at my maternal home, we used to knead fresh dough before every meal.
However, here at my in-laws place, dough is kneaded one time a day and is used for making chapati's for all 3 meals of the day as we all are working professionals.
I wanted to know if eating chapati made out of dough which has been under refrigeration for 1-2 days is healthy?
I have been experiencing some acidity issues occasionally. Can it be that, it's due to eating chapati made out of refrigerated dough?
