I can see a white extra growth near esophagus, Sometimes i feel difficulty in swallowing, not very often though. I am worried if its a throat cancer. No other symptoms i have other than these. Can you help me understand if its something i should worry about? Whom should i consult? any particular doctor/Hospital you suggest?

No one can see their own oesophagus. Most probably you are seeing some whitish thing in your tonsil. Get a ENT SURGEON consultation. If you really have a swallowing difficulty, they may do a barium swallow or endoscopy.
