  4. Is it a viral fever? Other otc medicine.

Is it a viral fever ?
My 2 year old daughter is having fever from yesterday morning..i am givin her ibugesic plus 5ml but her fever comes back as soon as her medicine's effect wear off..should i continue giving her the same or any other otc medicine ..? her doctor isnt in town so couldnt visit him..texted him her condition but need a second advise as well..

Give syp crocin ds and meftal p alternate ecmvery 4 hrs for 2 days for continue the above
