Insomnia sleeping problem
I can't sleep at night. I daily try to sleep early but the same thing happens I can't sleep. That's affecting my overall health. I am waking up late in the morning. Please give some tips to solve it.

To improve your sleep try to relax before going to bed : Have a warm bath, listen to quiet music or do some gentle yoga to relax the mind .Turn Your Bedroom into a Sleep-Inducing Environment : Your bedroom should be a peaceful place for rest and sleep. Temperature, lighting and noise should be controlled so that your bedroom environment helps you to fall asleep. Practice sleep hygiene. Don't sleep during the day. Avoid stimulants like caffeine and nicotine after 5 pm. Exercise Keep your phone away before lying in bed. Go to bed only when u feel sleepy. Avoid heavy food during dinner. These points shud help u. Else consult a doctor personally.
