I suffer from depression, anxiety, and fibromyalgia. During this time of year, I tend to suffer from increased problems with insomnia. Usually, my problem is falling asleep but as of late I’ve also had problems with staying asleep. I recently started Effexor for my depression, which is working, but it seems to make my sleeping pills less effective. They only contain melatonin and L-theanine but it’s no longer strong enough to help me sleep. What should I use or do to get the rest I need?
