Insomnia relapse
A year ago I was diagnosed with anxiety along with sleeping problems. I took medication and got better. But now I'm having the same problem again. Unfortunately I lost my medicines and prescription too. Rivotril was the medicine prescribed by my doctor. Whenever I try to purchase the medicine, chemists refuse to sell it to me without any doctors prescription. Also being a student, I cannot afford to visit a doctor as it's quite expensive in my area. What do I do?

Hi. Medicines like Rivotril are not to be sold without a proper prescription. Also this medicine is not the best solution for your problem. For impaired sleep, certain measures like sleep hygiene are helpful. Regular exercise, avoiding tea, coffee and heavy food in the evening, using the bed only for sleeping and not TV or studying etc. are some useful measures. If the problem persists, please consult a Psychiatrist. Regards.
