Insomnia and anxiety

Asked for Female, 41 Years

I am having problem taking my life's decisions and I feel very angry and lonely all the time. I have lost many of my loved ones and so there is always a feeling of insecurity in my heart. I cannot sleep. I take 3 sleeping pills a day and thus is very disturbing. And I also have a problem with stomach and gas problem.

Dear madam I can imagine how hard it is to feel lonely and sleepless. I think that you need to go through the stages of grieving and acceptance before you begin to feel better. Stomach and gastic issues could be side effects of sleeping pills.
