  4. Infections. Would like some feedback.

Over the past month and a half, I have contracted several infections. The first was a Sinus infection which I took antibiotics for, the second was a urinary tract infection with I also took antibiotics for, the third was another Sinus infection, and the fourth is a yeast infection. I am concerned that maybe this is due to a bad immune system and would like some feedback.

Infection is because of your low immunity and virulant organisms.. If you are getting infection too frequently then you should eat high protein diet.. And avoid contact with ill person
