Infection in my thighs
"I have been troubled for 3 months with an infection on my thighs. The doctor gave me Itraconazole, which I have been taking for 15 days, and I am using Ketoconazole lotion. At first, the infection was drying up, but now large red pimples have appeared, some with pus. Also, there are cuts on my buttocks, and it is painful."

Looks like a fungal infection only .
With the right treatment , will require you to keep the area dry and wear loose fitting clothes .
Wash clothes separately and dry them completely under sun before reusing them .

Stop ketoconazole, start lullifin max that's the best out there ... And don't stop the treatment, it takes around 3 months for a fungal infection to go completely so keep the consistency
