Fungle infection along side upper thai
Since 3 months I am facing fungle infection along side of upper Thai both the legs. I am washing it twice a day and applying KZ Ointment. It reduce for a day or two but again it starts.

At 50, one needs to first and foremost check about co-morbidities and ask if you have diabetes or any other immuno depressing conditions that may be a factor in causing or prolonging this infection assuming it is indeed fungal
Second, always best to test and confirm fungal infection with a KOH stain if not done so already.
Third a detailed assessment and then a detailed treatment modality to be continued for at least 1-2 weeks past total clearance is the way forward.
