Infected Testicles with pus
Hello Dr, My husband got infection and pus in one testicle. Dr had done a small surgery to remove the pus. but he is not sure it will work 100% or not. If still there is infection then again will go with the surgery to remove that testicle. Please give me the suggestions. Is this surgery mandatory? or any other solution? He is worried about future problems i.e will one testicle removal affect our sexual life or fertility? Please answer accurately. Thanks
