UTI infection and PUS cells in Urine
My mother is aged around 58 years and she is diabetic. Few months she started to develop fever with shivering and after some time she has develop pain in her back. KFT Test revealed that kidneys were not working properly and her CT scan & PET scans were normal. After 2 weeks of antibiotics through IV her condition became bit normal. But still reports are not coming normal and creatinine level is around 2 & still PUS Cells presence in the urine. Now recently she once again started to have fever and shivering frequently. Now today her URINE Culture test report is also positive, with presence of Escherichia coli. What other test needs to be done and what can be the future course of action now?
