I have Type 2 Diabetes , was diagnosed recently , however my Pus Cells earlier on 1st August URINE RE TEST was 3-5 and now on 20TH August URINE RE TEST got increased to 10-12 , I have no infection and my URINE CS TEST IS NEGATIVE , is diabetes and sugar medications the reason for the 10-12 range of Pus Cells in my Urine recently

Sugar medication cannot cause pus cells in urine. But diabetes can do it. Since you are recently diagnosed with DM, it will take some time for the sugar to get under control. However pus cells will need further examination. It will be based on symptoms which you have. All uti do not necessarily have a bacteria in culture . Better take a consultation to have clear understanding
