IgE Test Results
I have a recurring skin allergy problem from past 3 years, especially in winters. I am taking Ayurvedic Medicines for it. Recently, i took an IgE test few days back. It says that i am allergic to Milk, Cheese, Curd etc. which i am not finding convincing. What should i do now ?

May I know the reason for not being convinced about your anti allergy test ? Lactose intolerance is a common problem amongst Indians. Severity of which is varied. Diary products can easily be substituted with soy n coconut. If you are unsure about the lab you may repeat the test from another lab at your convenience.
