I was having sudden sharp pain at mong
Hello doctor I was asleep suddenly I felt pain and got up went for bowel movement it was painful at lower left side near groin during bowel and after it was incredibly pain at left side like something is stretching like muscle pressure it was painful for 30 mins secondly im thinking like testicle torsion but im constipated much later pain disappears is it rectum cancer or testicle torsion?
