I want to gain weight
My ywight 175cm and my weight 65 i want to gain weight since my weight is too high 65 kg is not good for me pls gve me suggestion how to put a desired weight

According to your height your weight if fine , do not try to gain weight . It is very normal to have a Weight of 65 kg if your height is 175 cms in fact you are perfect your BMI is 21 and it is normal and healthy. Daily exercise for 45 mins And proper diet and sleep will keep you fit and fine You can talk to me if needed

Your BMI is 21.2. you don't come under low weight category. If still you want to increase your weight then increase your body metabolism by doing some exercises. Yoga will help. Everyday do 12 to 24 Surya namaskara. Include these in your food 1. Milk 2. Butter 3. Ghee 4. Fruits 5.  Urad dal Regulate your sleep and food cycle. Don't over eat. Eat as much as your body needs.

Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits greengramsprouts,.in everyday meal. Substitute millets for rice wheat. Drink enough water 2-3 ltrs/ day Sleep for 6-7 hrs at night  physical activities as yoga,exercises,walking playing sports is recommended for an hour everyday.
