I want to ask about plantar facilitis co
2 weeks ago I was denied care by the ER. I can now tell i fractured my 2nd, 3rd, 4th, & 5th toe, I fractured my 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th metatarsal close to the toe end, & I fractured my 4th & 5th metatarsal close to the ankle end. In 4 more weeks when I am ready to start walking on it again if I get a plantar facilitis compression sock is the arch support feature going to put too much of my weight distribution on my 4th & 5th metatarsals which are hurt the worst? Would an ankle brace at that time do me any good at all?

Hey first of all let me clarify,  the fracture does not unite in 4 wks,  fracture take around 6 wks to stick and 8 to 10 weeks to unite,  till the tym u are not allowed to put wt.  U should be in cast till dat tym.
Next Steps
get x rays to get examined properly whether fracture uniting or not
Health Tips
